The group caters to institutional and private clients throughout the world with 500 professionals and offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, London, Luxembourg, Madrid and Milan.
La Française has a unique and solid shareholder structure that associates a well-known bank, Credit Mutuel Nord Europe, with company employees and directors and that grants the group total independence in the daily exercise of its business activity.
Groupe La Française was originally established in Paris, France, in May 1975 as the Union Française de Gestion (UFG). The overall business strategy of the group consists of providing its clients with a wide range of asset management and investment solutions across securities and real estate. Groupe La Française has, through its subsidiary NExT AM, a minority stake activity by which it brings its know-how and support to thriving and innovative asset managers.
